Europe rewards Bordeaux researchers
The University of Bordeaux was in the spotlight thanks to the successful applications for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Scholarships. This world-renowned funding programme saw 6 of its projects funded out of the 21 initially submitted. This represents a success rate of 28.5% well above the programme average (12%). These successes testify to relevant projects, as well as good preparation of the applications with the support of the International Relations Department: writing workshops, personalised meetings and critical reviews made it possible to make each application competitive. Among the unfunded applications, three were awarded the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Label of Excellence, highlighting the excellence of certain projects that were not selected.
