Guillaume Déprez (Ph. D.)

Guillaume Déprez is a work and organisational psychologist (Ph.D.) working for UmbraGroup as individual fellowship coordinator under the ORBETEC-797338 MSCA-IF-SE grant. He is specialised in the study of organisational behaviours (deviant, extra-role, proactive, innovative and pro-social) and of their relationship. He analyses these behaviours in an organizational context relating to industries 4.0 via the study of new technologies and their effect on work design. Its MSCA grant allow him to develop an HRM model for industry 4.0.

Mirko Antino (Pr.)

Mirko Antino is a Professor from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in the Department of Methodology of Behavioral Sciences. His role is to supervise Guillaume Déprez during his second stay in Madrid. He has given seminars on methodology in various international centres (ISCTE Lisbon, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá)). His research interests are focused on the development and study of psychometric characteristics of measuring instruments, mainly in the area of social sciences. His research has been published in several scientific journals of impact.

Nicola Cangialosi (Ph. D.)

Nicola Cangialosi is a work and organisational psychologist (Ph.D.). He takes part in the project as an external contributor of the University of Florence. His academic interests involve Organizational Psychology, Management, Behavioural Science and Psychometrics. His research aims to explore how technologies, relating to industry 4.0, are modifying the workplace and how learning and innovation processes are involved in the effective adoption and exploitation of new technologies.

Adalgisa Battistelli (Pr.)

Adalgisa Battistelli is Full Professor of Occupational and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Psychology of the University of Bordeaux (Laboratory EA4139). She currently works in the ORBETEC project as a key person for research. She is involved in research in the fields of training and development, entrepreneurship, work motivation and innovation processes. She has been associate professor at the University of Verona and visiting professor at Michigan State University, the University of Montreal and in Argentina. She was a full-time professor at the Université Paul Valéry in Montpellier, France.

Carlo Odoardi (Pr.)

Carlo Odoardi is the Umbragroup’s Human Resources Director, and is Professor of occupational and organizational psychology at the University of Florence. He supervise the ORBRETEC project. Over the last ten years, he has been Director of three Research Laboratories and one University research center. He is scientific responsible and director of various research projects on Organizational Analysis and Innovation in HRM for local public administrations (e.g., Italian Air Force Academia) and private organizations. He managed different projects concerning Human Ressources, Leadership, Industry 4.0 and Innovation.

Alessandra Bordoni (M.S.)

Alessandra Bordoni is a graduate of the "Università degli Studi di Perugia". She obtained her master’s degree in educational counselling and coordination of training interventions in 2009. She has been working for UmbraGroup since 2013 and is HR coordinator since January 2016. She has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2009 and has experience in recruitment, training and development. She plays a key role as a liaison between the production and management sectors to help with data collection in the ORBETEC Project.

Vera Protz (M.S.)

Vera Protz is a graduate of the “Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität”, Munich, Germany. In 1996 she obtained her master’s degree in Geography. She has stated working for UmbraGroup S.p.A in 1997. Her career path has developed through insights in various departments: Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality Management & Auditing. In 2008 part of the team who setup the HR function. Her focus is organizational development, people development & training. She plays a key role as a liaison in regard to organizational change and the implementation of ORBETEC’S HRM model.

Paola Ponti

Paola Ponti graduated in Work and Organization Psychology at the University of Bologna. She is specialized in Human Resources Management and Development and Executive Coaching. She is a lecturer in Psychology of Education and Psychology of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Integrated Systems at the University of Florence. She helps in the project with her expertise on themes such as Evaluation and development of managerial potential, Business Climate Analysis, Innovation Performance Measurement and Leadership Training Models.

Martina Grelli (M.S.)

Martina Grelli is a graduate of the "Università degli Studi di Perugia". She obtained her master’s degree in economy and Management in 2016. She has been working for UmbraGroup since 2015. She is currently working as the Executive Assistant for the CEO and HR Director of UmbraGroup S.p.A. She supports H&R Director in employee recruitment both internally and externally. She is responsible for the administration and support of various human resource events as ORBETEC.
